Trading conditions
These Trading Terms and Conditions apply to all trading on www.magnatum.dk ("Home"), and regulate all relationships between you and us. All agreements are concluded in Danish
When you buy goods on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is important that you familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions and understand all details, as they contain the terms that apply to you as a consumer.

2. Entering into a purchase agreement
As soon as you receive an order confirmation from us per e-mail, a purchase agreement has been concluded. Until you receive your order confirmation, we can cancel your order in whole or in part, e.g. as a result of out-of-stock items. If we have to cancel your order, we will of course inform you by e-mail or telephone.
Check your order confirmation
Please check that all the information in your order confirmation is correct and that it matches your order. If you discover an error in your order, please call or write to customer service as soon as possible.
3. Payment
On the Website you can pay for your purchases with the following payment cards: Visa, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Elektron and Eurocard. You can also pay with Mobilepay and Viabill, which are invoice payments.
An amount corresponding to the value of your order will be reserved in connection with your order. The amount will only be deducted from your account when your order is packed and ready for collection at our warehouse. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.
When you shop with a payment card, you will not be charged a payment fee.
4. Prices & charges
All prices include VAT. The prices are daily prices.
5. Collection or delivery
Security
To protect your account information, you will be transferred to a separate payment account when paying on the Website. The payment solution is provided by our payment provider Quickpay, which is certified to handle your payment data and which ensures that all information is encrypted and sent via SSL to Quickpay. This means that only Quickpay can read your payment data.
Receipt
When your order is packed and ready for collection, you will be sent an electronic receipt. You can always see your receipt on "My account" if you create a user account with us.
6. Delivery and transport
Delivery of goods from www.magnatum.dk is deemed to have taken place as soon as the buyer has received the goods. All orders are sent with GLS or PostNord, unless otherwise agreed separately between the buyer and www.magnatum.dk. Delivery will normally take place within 3-5 working days. The stated delivery time is indicative and can therefore be deviated from.
We send all items as parcel post, this makes it possible to track the package should problems arise. The goods are insured during shipment and upon receipt please check the contents of the package. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to GLS or PostNord immediately, or no later than 2 days after receipt. www.magnatum.dk is not responsible for goods that are damaged during transport.
7. Freight
Free shipping in Denmark for most purchases over DKK 699 at www.magnatum.dk.
Free shipping in Denmark does not apply to sale items, when using a discount code.
For purchases under DKK 699, shipping on delivery is DKK 50 incl. VAT.
Please note: If the buyer has purchased goods for more than DKK 699, but regrets some of the goods and wants to return them and the amount thus falls below DKK 699, the freight is deducted from the amount that is refunded to the buyer, as magnatum's trading conditions as mentioned in the the above ceases.
8. Order for others
You may not order items for resale, and all purchases you make must be for personal use.
9. Right of complaint
Our goods are carefully selected and sorted so that you can get the best imaginable products.
Should you unexpectedly receive a product that does not meet the standard, please contact our customer service via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible and within 3 days of receipt. You can choose whether you want the money back for the item in question, or whether the item is replaced. Magnatum is entitled to demand that the item be sent back.
Of course, the above also applies if you find that your order is defective in some other way.
Upon your purchase, the Sales Act applies, and you thus have a 2-year right of complaint for goods that are not for the household's current consumption. The right to complain includes, at our choice, the option to have the product repaired, exchanged, get a discount on the price or get the money back, if it is a justified complaint. This is not a justified complaint if the defect in the product has arisen as a result of wear, aging, incorrect use or other behavior that has caused damage to the product. You must report defective goods as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after you have discovered a fault or a defect in the goods.
10. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day cancellation period from the day the goods have been collected from us.
You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if the goods are essentially unchanged. This does not apply if the goods have been damaged or altered due to an act which has been necessary to examine the goods or due to a circumstance beyond your control.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for e.g. food, drinks and other similar goods for the household.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate this clearly and unequivocally to us before the expiry of the withdrawal period by e-mail, and the goods must be returned to:

As a customer, you are responsible for costs associated with returns. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
Consequences of regret
If the right of withdrawal under this agreement is exercised, we will refund the payment for the item to which the right of withdrawal relates without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the receipt of your notice to exercise the right of withdrawal for the order in question. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that was used when placing the order, unless you have expressly accepted or requested something else. You will not be charged a fee in connection with the refund.
We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or we have received documentation that the goods have been returned to us.
You can return the goods to us by post or freight, you must pay for the transport costs yourself, and you are responsible for the goods during shipping.
The goods must be returned to us at our warehouse (see address below under point 12) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have given notice to exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the cancellation period, but at the latest before the quality or durability of the goods has changed.
We recommend that you save documentation for returning the goods.
As a starting point, you are liable for a possible deterioration in the value of the goods if the deterioration is caused by handling of the goods that was unnecessary to determine the quality, function, nature and properties of the goods. You must normally examine the item in the same way as you can and must in a shop, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business, and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must count on us to deduct the decrease in value in the amount you must have back. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
11. Applicable law
For all disputes and legal disagreements according to these Terms and Conditions or subsequent individual agreements, Danish law applies. Neither the International Sale of Goods Act (CISG) nor other common European legislation shall apply. In the case of consumer agreements, the terms of the law apply regardless of where the consumer resides. Correct venue shall at all times be Copenhagen.
Should a purchase be made from a trader in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our place of business applies as the venue for legal disputes, including our usual terms and conditions, retail contracts, as well as provisions regarding payment and billing. However, we may choose to bring proceedings at the customer's place of jurisdiction.
12. Information on appeal possibilities
If you want to complain about a product bought from us, it can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsensvej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk
The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. 14. Sold out items
Product substitutions for (temporarily) unavailable items. In the unlikely event that items are not in stock when an order is packed, we reserve the right to replace a (temporarily) unavailable item with a suitable substitute of equal or greater value.
15. Errors
Reservations are made for any errors in texts and prices.
16. Changes
Magntum ApS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
