Tuber Magnatum Pico - Alba

Ripening period: 21 September to 31 January

Characteristics: The outer surface is smooth and less "velvety." The color varies from pale cream to ochre, the inner part is yellowish white with brownish shades. The rich aroma makes it unique. The white truffles are usually found in symbiosis with lindens, oaks, willows and poplars.
